• Dr. phil. nat. Roland Meury, biologist, Basel, administrator of the foundation
• Dorothee Stamm, donor, Meilen
• Stephan Stamm, donor, Oberwil
• Andreas Studer, teacher, Basel
• Dr. med. vet Jean-Pierre Siegfried, veterinarian, Arlesheim, honorary president

The foundation's president, Dr. Thomas Stohler, also works as the foundation's veterinarian. The administrator Dr. Roland Meury, an employee of the foundation, takes care of the day-to-day business as well as the scientific supervision and integration of the station with relation to other institutions.
